Refund policy

At my studio, we want you to love your artwork! If there is an issue with your order, we won’t leave you hanging. If something has gone wrong or your item wasn’t as expected, we will do everything we can to make it right.  

Returns & Replacements
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at assil@assilajami.com  within 48 hours of delivery.  
- To process a replacement, you must provide a clear photograph of the issue along with a photograph of the paper invoice that was delivered with your order as proof of the contents.  
- Refunds or replacements will be handled on a case-by-case basis to ensure the best resolution for you.  

Shipping Fees  
- Return shipping costs are not covered by the studio.  
- If a return is accepted, the buyer is responsible for shipping the item back in its original condition and packaging.  

Non-Returnable Items
- Due to the nature of art prints and limited editions, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or minor variations in color due to screen differences.
