Shipping policy

I'm so excited to ship some artwork to you! It really means too much to me that you want to have my art in your home. 

Please allow 5-6 business days for handling. Shipping typically takes between 3-7 business days, but during holiday season, it could be between 5-10 business days for shipping.

For International shipping, please allow 10-25 business days for travel time depending on your location.

Shipping times are up to the carrier, though. If a package is late or delayed, I sincerely apologize on behalf of the shipping carrier. If your package is lost in transit, or if you receive a damaged item, please contact me via assil@assilajami.com within 48 hours in order to have a replacement shipped out or a refund.

I am not responsible for any VAT, import fees or other duties that your local government may charge you upon delivery.
